I stayed at the Lucky Dragon in June. The rooms were good but there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel. I never saw anyone in the halls and never even rode in the elevator with anyone. The casino was slow with very few patrons. I played VP and baccarat. I was at a $15 table one day and doing okay. There was one other person there.
